I loved Mystic City, the first book in this series. After putting down Toxic Heart, I wasn't sure that I liked it ... then I realized that I had basically read it in one sitting. It wasn't at all what I expected, but looking back I like the twists and turns and I'm glad it didn't take the path of every other series out there.

Now I loved book 1 and I also really enjoyed this book too however... Aria was a bit too selfish in this book. I understand Hunter was a bit of a jerk, but I didnt like how Aria seemed to not truly appreciate Turk. Turk was the hero of the book for me. If it wasnt for him Aria would have died a thousand deaths. He was an absolute sweetheart and I wanted him to end up with Aria instead of Hunter. I am glad that she ended up breaking up with Hunter, but not happy that Turk was left hanging. I feel like though she had been used by every man around her Turk was the only one who stayed true to her from book 1 to the end of book2 and she seemed to use him.

Turk, Landon, and Thomas made the book for me. Unlike book1 this book had me laughing out loud a lot. Landon is hilarious and I hated how things ended up with him. Anyway, I give this book a 4.7 stars. It wouldve gotten more if Turk got the girl (though I was happy she dumped Hunter) and Landon had a better outcome. But maybe in book 3 Turk may get his happily ever after after all. I am hoping, but great book fast paced and never a dull moment. For a $1 it was more than worth it. Cant wait to read book3.
It came in really good condition and I really enjoyed the book, I'm also looking forward to the last Mystic City book.
I loved both books though in a sense I think I knew aria was going to get mystic powers. Amazing loved the book if your on the edge of yes and no I would choose yes.
Loved the ending and the heroine's decisions. Another good plot - Turk is one of my favorite characters in this book.
I loved the 1st book Mystic city so I waited for this book for more than a year. As I was reading Mystic Heart I was thinking this is not what I was expecting and up until the end I was still wondering what the heck. Now I cant stop think about it why because the book was a good surprise.
Cant wait of rate next book to come out. I love how it is full of surprises that you don't see coming.
I had to wait so long for this book..(the 2nd book in the mystic city trilogy) the first was absolutely amazing and left you at a loss for words. So when this book started off right where it was left off I was happy they didn't do the here is 3 chapters of backstory first. They just dive into it.

Very fast paced and I was completely shocked for most of this book. Where the 1st book was about love this one is more about the hard relative of life and what happens when the first stages of of love & infatuation wears off and the harsh choices are made. No longer helpless our female lead heads out on her own to decide for herself how she wants to live her life .. In hiding (or hiding behind her boyfriend) or fighting for what she believes in on her own and sometimes with a handsome guy with a sweet motorcycle..!

To say more would give away all the twists of the book so I can't say much besides it was great! Not as lovey covey as the first but better in world building character development and exciting and amazing plot!
